The Quran Tuition is designed for family-managed Quran learning. A parent or legal guardian should create and supervise learner accounts for children.

Consent to learning records

By registering or booking a trial, the parent/guardian confirms that learner details may be used for tutor matching, scheduling, attendance, homework, progress notes, support and billing.

Safeguarding and access

Tutors can access only the learner records needed for assigned teaching. Parents can review class, invoice, support and learning information from the portal.

Accuracy

Parents should keep learner age, level, time zone, contact and tutor preference details accurate so the academy can arrange suitable tuition.

Withdrawal or update

Parents may contact the administration team to update consent choices, correct learner information or request review of account records.
