By using The Quran Tuition website, trial booking form, parent portal or tutor portal, you agree to use the service respectfully, accurately and only for lawful online tuition purposes.

Accounts and access

Parents must provide accurate learner details and keep account credentials private. Tutors and staff must use their accounts only for authorised academy work.

Classes and communication

Trial requests, class schedules and tutor assignments remain subject to availability and administration confirmation. Unsafe, abusive, misleading or unauthorised use may lead to restricted access.

Payments and records

Invoices, receipts, manual payment proofs and refund records are kept inside the portal. An enrollment may remain pending until payment is received and approved.

Content and updates

Course pages, blog resources, prices, policies and tutor profiles may be updated by the academy. Specialist course promotion remains subject to verified tutor availability and owner approval.
