The Quran Tuition aims to keep payments, class changes and refund communication clear for families.

Free trials

Trial classes are confirmed only after the team reviews learner details, tutor availability, time zone and preferred timing.

Paid plans

Refund eligibility depends on the selected plan, attendance history, completed classes, approved promotions, payment method and academy review. Approved refunds are recorded in the finance workflow.

Class cancellations and make-up credits

Parents may submit cancellation or reschedule requests from the portal where available. Qualifying requests may generate a make-up credit according to the current academy settings.

Manual payments

Manual payment proofs are reviewed by the finance/admin team before invoices are marked paid.

Use the support ticket area or contact the team with the invoice number, learner name and reason for the request.
